Every quarterly issue of HELLO carries an updated showcase of resorts, featuring both - the Club Mahindra resorts, as well as the Club Mahindra Network Plus resorts. Considering the rate at which we are expanding our holiday destinations, we would like to help you get to know your resorts better, so that your Club Mahindra holiday always exceeds your expectations.

In bringing you more holiday choices, our core focus has always been and will continue to be building fully owned and operated Club Mahindra resorts. A Club Mahindra owned and operated resort is typically built from the ground up - what is called a ‘Green Field’ project. It takes anywhere between 12 to 18 months to obtain all the necessary permissions to go ahead with the project. The best building, design and landscape architects are commissioned to design an eco friendly resort, styled on a unique theme - to name a few: Belt Collins from Singapore, FB Eye International from Singapore, Rahul Kadri from Mumbai. Your Club Mahindra resorts are also geared to provide the most modern and state-of-the-art facilities and amenities. The resort staff are carefully selected and further trained to provide you service of international standards. These exciting and large scale projects that we undertake are nothing short of a labour of love, and take at least a couple of years for completion.

On the other hand, we, at Club Mahindra realize that the world at large is full of wonderful destinations, each with their own flavour, character and culture, just waiting to be experienced. We attempt to bring more and more such destinations to you over and above the existing Club Mahindra properties.

We also buy into resort inventory on a long-term basis, normally for a minimum of 25 years. This means that this inventory is available exclusively for our members. It is these long-term arrangements that we categorise as Network Plus resorts. In line with our drive to pack more variety into your holiday destinations, we are constantly on the look out for non Club Mahindra resorts, which could compliment your own resorts, and be worthy of being part of the Club Mahindra Network Plus resorts. Such resorts are very carefully selected and have all the components that ensure a great holiday experience for you.

To further accentuate your holiday experience, we have a dedicated team of Club Mahindra staff at all of the Network Plus resorts. Our staff, as always ensure that our members have a wonderful holiday; food vouchers are accepted across all Network Plus resorts; and some resorts even offer fun dining packages.

Trained staff in our Projects and Operations teams carries out periodic checks on these resorts to ensure complete adherence to the standards as laid down by Club Mahindra. Each such check is fairly detailed, and outlines are recommendations for enhancement of operations, facilities, service and activities. Apart from Club Mahindra standards, these recommendations are largely driven by valuable holiday feedback from our members. Such feedback provides the platform for vital decisions taken with regard to Network Plus properties.

Over a period of time, if a Network Plus resort is found to be consistently delightful to our members; Club Mahindra goes in for a complete acquisition of this resort. A case in point is Club Mahindra Snowpeaks, Manali. On the other hand, if any Network Plus property consistently fails to meet minimum standards, this may result in removal from the system.
