We attended the Member Blitz in Dubai last December after which we planned our long-overdue-holiday with Club Mahindra, and chose Club Mahindra Fort Kumbhalgarh for it. It was a fantastic experience. The facilities, ambience, rooms and location all came together to make it a perfect retreat. The staff at the resort is very friendly and warm towards the guests. I must especially mention Mr Joy Patel, who is in charge of the recreation centre; he took very good care of us. I can certainly not forget the delicious food and excellent service at the restaurant. We even made some great friends from among the other guests staying at the resort! Overall, it was a very memorable experience.

Feels like family

We had always found it difficult to mix with unknown people and sometimes even felt lonely during our past holidays. But with Club Mahindra we felt like we were in a family gathering and really enjoyed each and every one of our holidays. The site tour in the Club Mahindra bus was like a picnic and the daily evening activities felt like a birthday party. Even the food was delicious. All in all, Club Mahindra’s hospitality was excellent, and we had a great holiday at the Club Mahindra resort in Munnar.

A trip to remember!

We had planned our visit to Poovar for the very day we landed in India. Early the next morning, we toured the resort, and were enchanted by the sights and
sounds. We also went on a boat trip around the island, and it reminded me of a team building event that I had attended years ago! My wife Yashodha and I spent a lot of time in the pool along with a few visiting friends from Dubai. The stay put me into such a mood that post the trip, I made it a point to meet my relatives and other friends who were down from the US. Thank you Club Mahindra!

Truly touching

Our first holiday with Club Mahindra was at the Varca Beach Resort, thanks to the guidance provided by Mrs Mamta Singh at the Dubai office. My wife Taru and I suffer from different grades of Polio and were apprehensive about our stay, but the staff made our stay very comfortable. We were provided with a golf cart to move around the property, and though due to the monsoons, it was difficult to move around outside, within the resort, we were perfectly comfortable. The ambience of the resort and the quality of service rates higher than that of any 5-star hotel that I have stayed in anywhere. The staff thinks of everything possible to make a guest’s stay more comfortable. My kids enjoyed the wholesome entertainment provided at the Fun Zone. They kept themselves busy there while my wife and I enjoyed our much-needed space, privacy and time together. I also noticed that suggestions or complaints given by the guests are taken very seriously at Club Mahindra. Such care and attention is rare to find. I would recommend everyone to become a member of this club and revitalise their life for a week every year and get charged for another 51 weeks!

Indelible impressions

It was our first holiday experience with Club Mahindra and indeed we had an invigorating experience that has left an everlasting impression in our hearts. The Kodagu Valley Resort with the lush greenery and traditional architecture is admirable. Club Mahindra’s commitment towards environmental causes is heartening. The use of battery-operated cars, educating the guests to conserve resources like water, power and so on, is an impressive measure. The restaurant’s coveted certification to International standard HACCP speaks volumes about Club Mahindra’s commitment and concern towards ensuring food safety, hygiene and quality. All the activities and tours that were organised—games at the activity centre, the Talacauvery tour, the Madikeri sightseeing expedition, the Nisargadhama & Golden Temple tour and the visit to the Dubarey Elephant Camp—were very well planned and executed. The overall experience at the Kodagu Valley Resort was simply superb and surely one of the finest holiday experiences we ever had.

Awesome fortnight

We had an awesome holiday in Malaysia for two weeks. Our stay was very comfortable. We stayed in a twobedroom chalet. The highlight was the Jacuzzi which was attached to our chalet; our 6-year-old son made the most of it. We would like to thank Club Mahindra and RCI, without whom our trip would never have been so beautiful.
