Greetings of the season and for a glorious New Year, 2008!
Time does fly! It seems not too long ago that we at Club Mahindra celebrated our 10th anniversary.
We are now into our 12th year of providing the ‘happiest’ family holidays.
Hot on the heels of Cliff Top Club, Auli, follows Club Mahindra Fort Kumbhalgarh. This
magnificent Rajput style resort in Rajasthan welcomed its first members on 23rd December
2007. We look forward to welcoming every single one of you to yet another memorable Club
Mahindra holiday. Watch out for more holiday destinations in the pipeline!
In line with our commitment to being the preferred holiday partner, we are proud to share with you that
Mahindra Holidays has been declared a Business Superbrand 2008 by the Brands Council in India.
As a company, it has always been our endeavour to preserve the natural habitat and environment
surrounding our resorts, and to put eco-friendly practices into place. This year will see an even
greater focus and activity towards making our resorts even more environment-friendly.
The combination of your faith in us and the unwavering dedication towards our mission and
vision has brought the company to a position where we can now work towards a public issue. Last
month, we filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Stock Exchange Board of India.
We will be conducting our next member survey during the month of February. You may be
contacted as part of this survey. Please do take the time to give us your input and suggestions. Your
voice has been the key to our success, and will continue to be.
